I hope that through our exercise we all learned that inside all of us is arrogance, pride and an ego begging to be released. Also, I hope that we discovered within ourselves those traits we have that make us successful. Not success as the world sees it, but the simple successes in life such as giving birth, passing a test, learning a new language, getting a degree, or completing that 3 mile hike. All of these successes combine in creating who we are. It is easy for us to think of successful people as those who have a following, riches, or worldly knowledge, but what about the simple poor woman, who saves her quarters all of her life to put an unknown child through college, or the man who sacrifices his life so that others may know God. By knowing ourselves, our weaknesses and our strengths and realizing the beauty in everyone around us, and realizing how we all fit together like a puzzle, completely dependent upon each others gifts and talents, then we will be on path towards humility.
